agustinThe  Philippine National Police nationwide  is  celebrating in the observance  of the 20th  Police Community Relations Month for the whole Month of July  2015  thru Presidential Proclamation No. 764 dated  January 2005 declaring  the  every July as PCR Month with this year’s theme:  “ Matibay na Ugnayan ng Mamamayan at Pulisya Simbolo ng Kapayapaan at Kaunlaran ng Sambayanan”.  The  Kick-off ceremony  will be held on Monday  June 29, 2015 @ 8:00 O’clock in the morning  at  Police Regional Office 7  quadrangle, Cebu City as well as  at the Bohol Police Provincial Office  coinciding  with the traditional Monday flag raising ceremony In a simple but fitting undertakings to give meaning to the celebration.

During the said activity, the  Regional  Director PCSUPT PRUDENCIO TOM BAÑAS  recognizing  and giving of awards to the deserving PNP Personnel, Units/Stations and Local Chief Executives on Monday  June 29, 2015  with the  following recipients from Bohol province are as follows; Bohol Police  Provincial Office under the  stewardship  of Provincial PNP Director, PSSupt Dennis Palo Agustin reaped awards as Best PCR and Outstanding PPO- Provincial Category, Tagbilaran City Police Station  under the supervision of PSupt George Vale as  Outstanding City Police Station, Loboc Police Station under the supervision of PInsp. Joseph  Lopena as Outstanding Municipal Police Station, Hon. Helen Calipusan Alaba  Municipal Mayor of Loboc, Bohol  and Hon. Marietta Tocmo Sumaylo Municipal Mayor of Dauis, Bohol as  best Local Chief Executive. Also all awardees  shall be  received their awards during the Kick-off ceremony held at  Camp Dagohoy parade on same date with Atty. Olive Grace Tapayan- Hebron, NAPOLCOM Provincial Officer- Bohol as Guest of Honor and Speaker.

The purpose of this awards for recognizing their implementation with sharp  efficiency on the PCR Impact projects which greatly improved the partnership of the police and community and also relentless efforts with the strong collaboration and support of the community.

To  celebrate the awards,  the Bohol PPO right after the traditional Monday Flag Raising ceremony there- will have a Motorcade  within the city streets to be participated by the Chiefs of Police together with designated Police Community Relations PNCO’s  and National Support Units under the First District of Bohol. (RCC)
