The Saulog Fluvial Procession in honor of St. Joseph the Worker started at 2:00 last Friday in Sitio Ubos, Tagbilaran City. The event which showed the synergistic partnership of the Church & the City Government started its route in Sitio Ubos. Phil Coast Guard’s PO2 Arnold Absuello briefed the participants while Rev. Fr. Belarmino Palapar from St. Joseph Cathedral offered prayers before the procession.
Fluvial parade participants were welcomed by the Taloto Band & Dancers with Elmer Chavez from the Fishing Boat Operators Association, Bishop Leonardo Medroso & City Mayor John Geesnell “BABA†Yap delivering their respective messages.
