Two self-confessed drug personalities who surrendered under Oplan Tokhang were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Tubigon at past 8 p.m. on Monday.

Miguelito Concha, a 32-year-old resident of Brgy.Ubujan, Tubigon was allegedly caught in the act of selling shabu by police operatives of the town’s Municipal Anti-Illegal Drug Unit.

Concha reportedly sold shabu worth P500 to poseur-buyer during the operation led by Tubigon police chief Senior Insp. Jaime Dulcero.

Police also arrested Arnold Corage, a 39-year-old resident of Brgy. Genonocan, Tubigon, who was allegedly caught in possession of two packets of shabu and a .357 caliber pistol with five live rounds.

The two suspects are currently detained at the lock-up jail of the Tubigon police pending the filing of charges against them.

Concha will be charged for violating Sections 5 and 11 of RA 9165 while Corage will be facing cases for illegal possession of firearm and ammunition. (Allen Doydora)
