A man who was previously subjected to Oplan Tokhang but did not surrender to authorities was arrested by Tagbilaran City police on Thursday.
Police identified the suspect as Jeffrey Amor Milla, 29, a resident of Habitat Village, Barangay Bool in Tagbilaran City.
Milla was collared by Special Weapons and Tactics operatives under the supervision of city police chief Supt. Nicomedes Olaivar after allegedly selling shabu to a poseur-buyer along Tamblot St., Barangay Cogon, Tagbilaran City.
The police reportedly also confiscated two other packets of shabu from the suspect.

Milla is now detained at the Tagbilaran City lock-up jail pending the filing of drug charges against him. (Weli Maestrado)
