A man listed as the top three drug personality by the Loay police was arrested in a buy-bust operation in the said town on Monday afternoon.
Police identified the suspect as 22-year-old Peter Adobrable, a “high-value target” living in Barangay Villalimpia, Loay.
Adorable was arrested by Provincial Intelligence Branch and Loay police operatives at 12:55 p.m. after allegedly selling shabu worth P500 to a poseur-buyer.
The suspect reportedly tried to evade police arrest following the transaction but was immediately cornered by the police.
According to authorities, 12 packets of shabu were found in Adorable’s possession.

These were estimated to be worth P60,000, police said.
