A 17-year-old male suspect was allegedly caught by authorities as he tried to smuggle into the Tagbilaran City Jail (TCJ) a large pack of shabu concealed in a box of soap on Wednesday afternoon.

According to TCJ jail guard JO1 Noel Fuego, the suspect attempted to sneak in the “bulto” of illegal drugs to detainee Marlon Tampos who is being held for drug charges.
