Based on initial police investigation, the victim was driving his car, a Kia Pride, from Guindulman when the accident happened along a national road in Barangay Jarapan, Jagna.

Inoc was making a sharp turn when he smashed straight into the incoming bus driven by one Vicente Alas.

According to PO2 Leonardo Pinedo, passengers who saw the incident noted that Inoc was partly on the bus’s lane due to his vehicle’s speed when making the turn.

This lead to the head-on collision, Pinedo said.
