This was the call echoed by Cabinet Secretary Leoncio Evasco, Jr. who admitted there are some towns which badly need the support from the national government.

The Cabinet secretary reminded the town executives to bring to his attention the top project needed in their municipalities while assuring to source out funds from the various government agencies which have available funding awaiting release to legitimate projects in the provinces.

Evasco who is handling several clusters in government under the Duterte administration vowed to help these towns which have top projects that need funding.

He issued his call to Bohol’s 47 town mayors to formally send their project list within this month. This advocacy in bringing government funds direct to the provinces is one of the vital features under a Federal form of government.
