A drug suspect considered as a high value target (HVT) in the Bohol Provincial Police Office’s (BPPO) anti-narcotics campaign was arrested in Tagbilaran CIty on Thursday night.

The BPPO’s Provincial Intelligence Branch (PIB) identified the suspect as Edwin Octura, 31, a resident of Barangay San Isidro in Tagbilaran and the second provincial level HVT to be arrested this week.

The PIB had been following and monitoring Octura’s movements before he was collared and allegedly caught in possession of shabu worth P210,000.
