A video of Boholano actor and former gubernatorial candidate Cesar Montano supposedly to greet a barangay councilor on his birthday has gone viral as it appeared to accidentally feature a naked woman on the background.

The 15-second video of the 56-year-old Montano started to make rounds on social media on Tuesday as it showed a still unidentified woman who appeared to be without clothing walking in and out of the frame.

Montano made his birthday greeting to Kagawad Crisanto Morales of Sta. Ana, Manila while the woman appeared to be picking up an object several meters away from the actor but disappeared from view moments later.

The footage first gained attention through a Facebook post of one Rolando Olano. Although it has been taken down, the video has been spread by other accounts on the social media site.

In various comment sections on Facebook, netizens have found amusement in the gaffe while others have made their own parody versions of the video.

Montano has not issued a statement regarding the video as of this posting.
