Another vehicle fell off the Tagbuane Bridge in Alburquerque on Wednesday afternoon.
The incident happened four days after a sports utility vehicle (SUV) fell off from almost the same spot and plunged into the Tagbuane Fish Pond right beside the Tagbuane River.
According to PO3 Pedro Muring of the Alburquerque Police Station, driver Allan Mabale, 46, of Candijay lost control of his truck while traversing the steel bridge which was slippery due to persistent rains.
Mabale was rushed to a hospital by an ambulance and was treated at a private hospital in Tagbilaran City for minor cuts in his body.
His passenger, Joseph Maputol, 36, of Tagbilaran City was unharmed during the incident.
On November 10, a Toyota Fortuner driven by an American national, Merle Jones, fell off the same bridge.
Muring said that it was also raining during the incident and the steel bridge was slippery. (A. Doydora)
