A woman, who was believed to have been high on drugs, was arrested by police for public disturbance in Tagbilaran City on Thursday.

Police said that the 26-year-old woman, identified as Isabel Gulay, 26, of Barangay Tiptip, was suddenly hugging male passersby and touching their private parts at the Manga Public Market.

Gulay also allegedly attempted to climb and go inside several houses in Barangay Manga.

Residents then reported her to the police who in turn placed her under their custody. (wm)
