Ubujan wins Saulog Festival street, field dance competition

The contingent from Barangay Ubujan bagged the top plum of the Saulog Festival 2019 street and field dance competition, one of the festival’s main activities, on Wednesday night.

Ubujan edged out 14 other barangay contingents and won three special awards—Best in Street Dancing, Best in Field Performance and Best in Musicality.

The contingent was awarded a trophy and P150,000 for the being crowned champion during the awarding ceremony at the Carlos P. Garcia Sports Complex.

The other awardees are as follows:

4th Runner Up – Taloto (P20,000)

3rd Runner up – Cogon (P50,000)

2nd runner up – Cabawan (P80,000)

1st runner up – Tiptip (P100,000)

Best in Musicality – Ubujan

The street dancing segment was held along CPG Avenue while the field performance was presented at the CPG Sports Complex.
