Bohol Chronicle Radio Corp. (BCRC) as it marks its 65th year in the service of community journalism in November this year opens its corporate building with commercial spaces available for lease.
The BCRC Corporate Building is located along Bernardino Inting st., Tagbilaran City, about 100 meters from Alturas Mall, the biggest downtown commercial center and the city government-owned City Square.
Leasing for the commercial spaces is now open for the ground floor and the second floor while its left-wing is now the broadcast center of Bohol’s number 1 radio stations, DYRD-AM and Kiss 102.3FM as well as the editorial offices of The Bohol Chronicle and administration office of the media institution.
This commercial leasing venture of BCRC has a total rentable space of 330 square meters, the ground floor of which is ideal for a coffee shop, restaurant, convenient store or pharmacy since the location is right beside the new Gov. Celestino Gallares Regional Hospital, which is now considered as one of the most modern government hospitals in Central Visayas.
The second floor is perfect for medical clinics or offices.
