A 17-year-old student of PMI Colleges-Bohol was found dead inside the restroom of a rented space at a boarding house along Miguel Parras St., Brgy. Poblacion II, Tagbilaran City.

The body of Blaine Lord Sabanpan, a 2nd year college student, was found lifeless on Sunday at 5:30 a.m. by roommate Reynold Balo.

Reports noted that Balo repeatedly knocked on the restroom door and called Sabanpan but was unresponsive prompting him and other tenants to forcibly open the door.

They immediately rushed Sabanpan to the Governor Celestino Gallares Memorial Hospital as they found him sprawled on the floor and unconscious with a bleeding nose.
