Victim Edwin Delmao ends up behind one of the rear wheels of a Southern Star Bus in a multi-vehicle accident which took place on Wednesday evening along Zamora Road, Tagbilaran City.

A male balloon vendor died on the spot after his head was run over by a Southern Star bus on Wednesday night along Zamora Road, Barangay Dao, Tagbilaran City.

Based on police investigation, 45-year-old Edwin Delmao, a resident of said village, was driving a motorcycle with an open sidecar when an incoming Elf truck grazed the victim’s handlebar as both attempted to overtake vehicles in front of them.

The impact reportedly caused Delmao to lose control of his vehicle and crash towards a Ceres bus which ran over the victim.

Delmao reportedly ended up behind one of the rear wheels of the bus which was driven by one Ernesto Libraza.
