Three suspects, one of them armed with a pistol, robbed a student of the Holy Name University on Thursday in Tagbilaran City.
Police identified the victim as 28-year-old Sheena Balagot, an education student of the said university who holds temporary residence at a boarding house in Barangay Cogon, Tagbilaran City.
Balagot told police that she was walking home along F. Torralba Street when the suspects alighted a trailing motorcycle which suddenly stopped near intersecting Hope Avenue.
All three suspects approached her while one of them pulled out a pistol and held her at gunpoint.
Balagot was told not to shout as she handed over her shoulder bag containing belongings including P2,800, two ATM cards and a Palawan Suki Card.
