Live-in couple Nelson Orion and Lileosa Fabre and Carl Dologuin were arrested through a buy-bust operation in Barangay Bil-isan Panglao at 10:30 p.m. on Monday night.

A man deemed a big-time drug dealer who allegedly transported illegal drugs within Bohol through pumpboats was arrested by police in Panglao on Monday night.

The suspect, identified as Nelson Orion, 33, of Calape, was allegedly caught in possession of shabu worth P740,000 and arrested along with two alleged cohorts in the drug trade, his live-in partner Lileosa Fabre, 25, and Carl Dologuin, 20, of Dauis.

Police said that the trio was apprehended through a buy-bust operation in Barangay Bil-isan Panglao.

According to Sr. Insp. Jojit Mananquil of the Regional Intelligence Division 7, Orion’s operation was based in Calape but he was transporting his drug supply to Dauis and Panglao through pumpboats.

Orion sourced his shabu supply from Cebu, said Mananquil.

All three suspects who were allegedly caught in possession of 20 packets of shabu with a total weight of 110 were placed under the custody of the Panglao Police Station.

They will face charges for violating Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, particularly Section 11 (possession) and Section 5 (sale). (W. Maestrado)
