A 23-year-old man was arrested by police at his home in Danao for alleged possession of illegal drugs on Sunday morning.
Jembe Orapa was collared by police after they allegedly found seven packets of shabu during a raid inside his house in Barangay Cantubod, Danao.
The operatives led by Lieutenant Yolando Bagotchay searched Orapa’s house bearing an order issued by Judge Azucena Macalolot-Credo of the Regional Trial Court Branch 52 in Talibon.
In a report, police said that they found seven packets of shabu which weighed a total of 0.28 grams inside the residence. The seized drugs were estimated to be worth P1,904.
The suspect meanwhile admitted to using drugs and that the seized drugs were his.
Orapa is now under the custody of the Danao Police Station pending the filing of a drug possession charge against him. (wm)
