The same area where 33 passengers were injured in a recent accident along the national highway in Baclayon town had another toll last Monday afternoon. Loboc’s First Gentleman Adelito Alaba, 55 togetjer with his son, Tim, 17 and John Kyle Varquez, 15 smashed up, head-on, with a Fuso dumptruck driven by Crisbane Cempron, 27 from Carmen town.
