Police personnel violating the order will be penalized.

Agustin also ordered all police stations in the province to beef up police visibility in their respective areas of responsibility to prevent cases of stray bullets involving both police personnel and private persons using private firearms.

Police visibility is also augmented in areas where people would converge during the Christmas season.

Cops will regularly patrol areas in areas around the churches, especially at the start of the dawn masses that started this morning.
