Queeneth Barcelona, representing Manga district was crowned Sunday night as this year’s prettiest after she was adjudged as the 2016 Mutya sa Tagbilaran,

She bested 14 other finalists in the annual beauty pageant during a well applauded grand coronation pageant held at the Bohol Wisdom School gym.

Barcelona succeeds Ida Cimafranca, 2015 Mutya sa Tagbilaran who crowned this year’s prettiest. Ahe was assisted by actress Sarah Lahbati, city First Lady Jane Yap and City Mayor Baba Yap.

Ms. Taloto Jasmine Jaeckel was adjudged first runner-up.

The top five in the beauty contest were Maygan Joyce Besa of Bool, second runner-up; Natalie Belle OcGaw of Cogon, third runner-up and Erika Sofia Karcher of Ubujan, fourth runner up.

The panel of judges was composed by Jonas Gaffud, Cary Santiago, Liz Uy, Sarah Lahbati, Daiana Meneses, Mr. International Reniel Villareal, Dr. Pamphi Padayahag, Asi Tulaca, Balilihan Mayor Pureza Chatto, Binibining Pilipinas title holders Bianca Manalo, Yvethe Marie Santiago, Regielie Catacutan and Janicel Lubina,

Eventolgist Tim Yap and and Miss Earth 2008 Karla Henry hosted the pageant.
