Gov. Edgar M. Chatto lauds the cemented Balihan-Batuan via Hanopol road. The 26.784km road was nationalized by virtue of RA. 10040 on March 18, 2010 when Chatto was congressman of the first district of Bohol. He also nationalized the 21.309km San Isidro via Libertad Tubigon road thru RA 9992 and the 57.049km Panglao Island Circumferential Road thru RA 9345.
