US based Boholano businessman Gerardo “Gerry” Madanguit was surprised to experience a smooth transaction of his documents at the Manila offices of the Bureau of Customs and at the Bureau of International Revenue.
Madanguit who is an importer of trucks from the United States toldÂ The ChronicleÂ that instead of the usual one week processing of papers, he was able to claim his import accreditation permit from the Bureau of Customs for less than a day, He likewise experienced the same for his clearance at the BIR offices.
