Ex-VGov. Bernido dies

Former Bohol Vice Gov. Stephen “Boy” Bernido died last Thursday in a Cebu hospital.

He served as Bohol’s second top official during the term of Gov. Rolando Butalid.Â He is the son of the late Bohol Gov. Esteban “Baning” Bernido.

He is survived by former wife, Lourdes, children,Cora, Christina, Christopher and Mildred.

His remains were brought to his hometown in Jagna.
