A team from the Tagbilaran City police’s SWAT (Special Weapons and Tactics) was deployed to respond to a distress call from a mother who reported her son for running amok allegedly due to drug use.

According to the complainant who asked not to be named, her son Mark Pojas, 27, threatened to kill her and his siblings at their home at the Habitat Village in Barangay Bool, Tagbilaran City.

Heavily armed police officers went to the house on Friday morning and allegedly found Pojas still sniffing shabu.

The operatives also found one full pack of suspected shabu and four plastic sachets which had residue of white crystalline substance believed to be shabu, police said.
