Earlier, Doria was identified as the owner of the passenger jeep which fell off a cliff and into waters off Tagbilaran City leaving three individuals dead and 26 injured.

The jeep was believed to have experienced malfunctioning brakes along the downhill Mansasa-Dampas Road causing the vehicle to barrel towards the railings of the intersecting cliff-side VP Inting Avenue.

It hit four vehicles before it plunged into a shallow area of the sea and turned turtle.
