The Bohol Chronicle will officially launch tomorrow its on-line daily news on its website “boholchronicle.com.ph”

In an effort to bring Boholanos abroad closer to home and deliver news to today’s tech-dependent generation, regular updates and links to stories will be posted regularly on the paper’s Facebook (The Bohol Chronicle) and Twitter accounts (@boholchronicle).

In time for the national and local elections and post-election coverage, the Chronicle’s online presence will serve as another platform to deliver real-time accounts of happenings in the province as supplement to its broadsheet and sister company radio station DYRD.

With this on-line daily news, the twin media enterprise upgrades its news services to the Boholano community scattered all over the world.  Like its radio arm DYRD, The Bohol Chronicle is now the premium Bohol based on line “daily newspaper” which regularly provides updates and late breaking news developments happening in the province.

The website will also give its readers a glimpse at the lighter side of things by publishing feature stories that would highlight some of the province’s new tourist and dining destinations

The Chronicle first hit the newsstands on May 16, 1954 through the efforts of its then-publisher and editor the late lawyer Zoilo Dejaresco, Jr. and has since uninterruptedly delivered news to thousands of Boholanos in the country, in the other parts of the archipelago, and abroad.
