The University of Bohol still accepts first year college enrollees for school year  2016-2017 . This to give chance tohigh school graduatesof the previous years to enroll college without going through  the mandatory two-year senior high school.

With theLast Trip to College Program , UB welcomes  graduates fromsenior high school pilot schools and graduates from high school before 2015, under the basic education curriculum before K to 12, to enroll in any college program of the university. Per memorandum from the  Commission on Higher Education (CHED), pre-2015 high school graduates are only given two school years starting this year, to enroll college without passing Grades 11 and 12 or the senior high school.The school also accepts  college returnees. Under Republic Act 10533 otherwise known as the  Enhanced Basic Education Act of 2013, only graduates of senior high school are admitted to any college program starting school year 2018-2019.

To supplement the Last Trip to College Program, UB has implementedthe  Student Placement Assistance (SPA) to assist college students to look for job opportunities and placement so they can work while studying.

In a related development, the UB/RPC Alumni Association is extending free school IDs to the first 160 college enrollees. The association likewise extends educational  assistance to qualified students who are sons and daughters of UB/RPC alumni.

Enrolment in all levels is going and classes will start on June 13, 2016.
