A wedding planner was arrested during buy bust operation after handing a sachet of suspected shabu to a police poseur buyer in exchange for a P500 marked bill.
Ranny Gespert, 36, single and a resident of Purok 5 Barangay Dampas, Tagbilaran City is on the watch list of drug personalities reported peddling shabu to young users in Barngay Dampas and Cogon.
According to Police Superintendent Nicomedes Olaivar, Jr., Chief of the Provincial Public Safety Company (PPSC) of the Bohol Police Provincial Office (BPPO) that another 5 sachets of suspected shabu was found in his possesion after the buy bust operation.
The suspect gay marriage designer is now under detention at the Camp Dagohoy lock-up jail while charges for violation of section 5 and 11 of Article ll of RA 9165 known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 is set to be filed by the police.
