A police officer charged with acts of lasciviousness voluntarily surrendered to authorities at the Tagbilaran City police station on Tuesday.
The suspect, identified as PO1 Saldy Salvo, 30 years old and a resident of Brgy. Calunasan Norte in Loboc, is a member of the Tagbilaran City police force.
Authorities said that Judge Oscar Adrino, presiding judge of Municipal Trial Court in Cities (MTCC) branch 5 in Cebu City, issued a warrant of arrest against Salvo.
The MTCC set a cash bail bond of P30,000 for the temporary liberty of Salvo.
