Another alleged pusher who neglected the Duterte administration’s call for drug personalities’ surrender through Oplan Tokhang was arrested in Tagbilaran City on Sunday afternoon.
Anti-narcotics operatives of the Tagbilaran City police nabbed 48-year-old Jessie Cortesano of Brgy. Dampas in the city through a buy-bust operation at 4:40 p.m near suspect’s residence.
Cortesano was arrested in Antipolo St. at the said village after he allegedly sold shabu worth P500 to a poseur-buyer.
Personnel of the City Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operations Task Group led by SPO4 Yolando Bagotchay confiscated from Cortesano three sachets of suspected shabu.
The suspect is currently detained at the lock-up jail of the Tagbilaran city police station pending the filing of charges against him. (Allen Doydora)Â
