Anti-narcotics units of the Provincial Intelligence Branch (PIB) collared 28-year-old Jansen Karaan and 20-year-old  Richard Simson, both residents of Sitio Caraw-an, Tagbilaran City, at 3 p.m.
The PIB policemen led by Chief Insp. Rolando Antipolo allegedly caught both suspects red-handed as they sold shabu to an undercover cop.
Operatives seized from Karaan and Simson shabu weighing approximately 15 grams which were contained in two large packs and 10 sachets.
Police said that Karaan is already facing a robbery case while drug charges will also be filed against the two suspects. (Allen Doydora)
