Four suspected drug pushers and a 15-year-old female on Tuesday were rounded up by National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) agents in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Ubujan, Tagbilaran City.

NBI operatives conducted the operation at around 7 p.m. in the house of one of the arrested suspects, Erick Estimo, a noted drug pusher in the said village.

The agents also collared three of Estimo’s companions, Francis Lagorte, a noted pusher in Maribojoc town, and Dave Delejero and Christian Rey Marapao who are also known drug pushers of Brgy. Ubajan.

According to the NBI, they also took into custody Estimo’s 15-year-old girlfriend who was present during the operation.

Bohol NBI executive officer Atty. Arcelito Albao said that the four male suspects who sold shabu to an undercover agent were the targets of the sting operation.

All four suspects previously surrendered under Oplan Tokhang, Albao added.

The alleged drug dealers remain in the custody of the NBI while the girl was turned over to the Department of Social Welfare and Development. (Allen Doydora)
