Inside just a month, a second international cruise ship carrying foreign tourists will be docking at the Tagbilaran City port on Friday.
According to Architect Epelito Arao-arao II, executive assistant of the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) in Tagbilaran City, the M/S Pacific Venus, a Japanese cruise line, will be arriving tomorrow morning bringing 227 Japanese vacationers and 192 crew members who are mostly Filipinos.
Passengers of the ship will be taking a day tour in the province particularly at the Chocolate Hills and the white sand beaches of Panglao.
The ship which came from Boracay, will leave at 7 p.m. in the evening on the same day.
This will be the first time that the said vessel will be docking at the city port while in January next year, another cruise ship will be arriving in Tagbilaran City.
On October 10, the M/S Hanseatic, an international cruise ship of Europe-based Hapag-Lloyd Cruises, made a port call in Tagbilaran City bringing 160 European tourists.
