A female and two male drug suspects who yielded shabu worth P30,000 were arrested in a buy-bust operation conducted by the Tagbilaran City police on Saturday morning.

The suspects, Elmer “Emew” Ugat, Michille Gaude and Paul Baysic, all residents of Barangay Cogon, Tagbilaran City were collared inside a pension house along Graham Ave. in the city.

The three alleged drug pushers were arrested by anti-narcotics policemen following a drug transaction between the suspects and a poseur-buyer inside the rented room.

Police said that the two male suspects were the subjects of the sting operation.

The operatives of the City Anti-Illegal Drug Special Operation Task Group led by SPO4 Yolando Bagotchay confiscated from the suspects substance believed to be shabu contained in 11 packets and drug paraphernalia.

All three suspects are currently detained at the lock-up jail of the Tagbilaran CIty Police Station pending the filing of charges before the city prosecutor’s office. (Allen Doydora)
