A tricycle driver returned a wallet which contained P20,000 cash to its owner after coming across it at a gasoline station along Venancio P. Inting Avenue in Tagbilaran City.

Eleazar “Dongdong” Pabe, 29, a native of Balilihan living in Brgy. Mansasa, Tagbilaran City, said that he had no second thoughts in finding the owner of the wallet.

Pabe, driver of tricycle 1047, immediately delivered the wallet with all its contents to station DYRD on the same night to locate its owner.

In the station’s “Crossfire Bahug-bahug” program, Pabe and veteran commentator Richard Bompat called on the owner, Engr. Rodrigo Gamay, who was identified through IDs found inside the wallet.

Over an hour after, Gamay claimed his wallet which also contained foreign currency and important documents.
