Suspect Belmon Toradio looks on as authorities conduct an inventory of seized contraband.

Valencia cops on Friday evening arrested the alleged number one street-level drug personality in the town who yielded shabu worth P45,000 during a police operation.

The Valencia police said that the suspect, Belmon Toradio, a resident of Brgy. Taytay, Valencia, Bohol, was collared through an arrest warrant served by Senior Insp. Ardioleto G. Cabagnot.

Toradio is a wanted person facing charges for violating Section 11 and Section 12 of Article II RA 9165 known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, police added.

Arrested with Toradio were two of his companions, Rushyl Borba Halop and Joemarie Ranin Mulat who both yielded packets of shabu.

Operatives recovered from Toradio suspected shabu contained in one large pack and one medium pack and three packets which have an estimated street value of P45,000.

They also confiscated from the suspect a .45 caliber pistol with four live rounds and drug paraphernalia.

According to police, Toradio is a newly known drug personality but quickly rose to the top of their list of alleged street-level drug personalities. (Allen Doydora)
