An 85-year-old man was found dead in a grassy area in Brgy. Bool, Tagbilaran City at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, a day after his birthday, police said.
The fatality was identified as Abundio Dangoy, a resident of Pahang St., Purok 2 in said village.
He was found sprawled on the ground with his jaw slightly twisted out of shape by a man tethering cattle in the area. Police were then alerted.
According to police investigators, there was no foul play involved in the death of Dangoy as he died of natural causes.
