Suspect Reje Cabaral, a barangay councilor of Ilaud, Inabanga, was caught in possession of 10.05 grams of shabu estimated to be worth P118,500.

Policemen of the Provincial Intelligence Branch (PIB) and Inabanga nabbed 46-year-old Cabaral in a midnight raid conducted at his home.

According to the PIB, Cabaral is a “level 1 target” in Bohol who surrendered under Oplan Tokhang on Novermber 9.

However, Cabaral allegedly continued to deal illegal drugs in Inabanga following his surrender.

The suspect was taken into PIB custody and detained pending the filing of drug charges against him.
