A 69-year-old man wanted for allegedly raping an eight-year-old girl was arrested by operatives of the Tagbilaran City police on Monday.
The arresting policemen led by SPO2 Jolito Odvina tracked suspect Manuel Bertumen at nearby village of Aliguay in Maribojoc town.
Units carrying out Oplan Tracker against Bertumen collared the suspect through an arrest warrant issued by Judge Leo Moises Lison, presiding judge of Regional Trial Court Branch 3.
