A 31-year-old man allegedly yielded shabu and an unlicensed firearm during a police raid at his home in Tagbilaran City on Tuesday morning.
Adam Rezalado of Barangay Taloto was arrested by joint operatives of the 703rd Maritime Police and the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group who were armed with a search warrant issued by Judge Moises Lison, executive presiding judge of the Reginal Trial Court Branch 3 in Tagbilaran City.
According to police, they seized a .38 caliber revolver which was loaded with live rounds and two packets of suspected shabu and drug paraphernalia.
Rezalado admitted that he has been using illegal drugs but denied ownership of the confiscated shabu and firearm.
He is set to be charged with illegal possession of firearm and possession of illegal drugs. (wm)
