The number of individuals who have pre-enrolled at the Tagbilaran City College (TCC) has exceeded the 900-student limit of the still under-construction facility, ahead of the actual enrollment which starts on June 10.
According to TCC focal person Louel Rotillos, 917 individuals had themselves listed for the pre-enrollment process conducted last week and on Thursday.
“Atong paninkamutan na eprioritize sa g’yud ning naa sa pre-enrollment pero wala man puy assurance ning uban, kining transferees, tagduha ra ka subjects makuha nila kay naa na man silay previous na college level,” said Rotillos.
The TCC will only have six out of a total of 25 classrooms ready for use when classes start in August. Each classroom can accommodate 50 students.
Rotillos said that there will be three sessions per day to cater to the 900 students who will be accepted.
“900 ra g’yud. Kay emomonitor man pud ta sa taga CHED ana. So managang nalang mi daan kay di pud ta ganahan na mahunong ta,” said Rotillos.
“Ang mahitabo mag open og morning session, afternoon session ug evening session. Ang evening session magsugod na siya og 4:30 to 8:30. Morning 7:30-11:30. Ang afternoon 1:30 to 5:30,” he added.
It was earlier noted that over 400 of those who pre-enrolled were from the various towns of Bohol while the others were Tagbilaran residents.
The actual enrollment period will be on June 10 to June 28.
According to the TCC, the following are the requirements for enrollment:
