The 1st Monthly Draw of â€œWheels for Winâ€ Raffle Promo at Island City Mall, Alturas Mall, Plaza Marcela, and Alturas-Talibon, will be conducted today, June 28, at Alturas Mall, at 4 PM, with 20 winners of gift certificates worth P3,000 each; 8 winners of 5,000 A1 Card points; 8 winners of Asus Zenfone 5; and 4 winners of Samsung 32â€ Led TV.
