A woman included in the watch list of drug personalities in Central Visayas was arrested on Wednesday night in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Dampas, Tagbilaran City.

Policemen of the Provincial Public Safety Company-Special Weapons and Tactics (PPSC-SWAT) conducted the sting operation against Donna Bella Blanco, 37, at 11:20 p.m.

The suspect, a resident of Brgy. Mansasa, Tagbilaran City, was caught in possession of the police’s marked money, three packs of suspected shabu and drug paraphernalia.

According to police, Blanco surrendered under Oplan Tokhang for her involvement in illegal drug activities.

However, Blanco allegedly continued to operate her drug business.

She is currently detained at the lock-up jail in Camp Dagohoy pending the filing of charges against her for violating Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Anti-Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. (Rey Tutas)
