A man tagged as a high-value target in the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency’s (PDEA) anti-drug campaign in Bohol was arrested along with another priority target on Wednesday night.
The suspects who allegedly yielded shabu worth P120,000 were arrested through a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay Manga in Tagbilaran City.
Authorities identified the high-value target as Gaudencio Solijon, 45, and the other suspect as Roger Lingatong Rizalado.
In a report, the PDEA said that a undercover agent bought shabu worth P4,000 from Solijon.
The PDEA operatives then arrested the suspect after allegedly handing over the drugs to the poseur-buyer.
Rizaldo who was with Solijon during the arrest was caught with 14 grams of suspected shabu, the PDEA said.
Both suspects are now detained at Camp Dagohoy in Tagbilaran City pending the filing of drug charges against them. (wm)
