According to BPPO Provincial Intelligence Branch (PIB) chief Sr. Insp. Jojit Mananquil, suspect Lloyd Brandon Balagulan  operated in Tagbilaran City and towns north of Bohol’s capital.

Balagulan, 28, of Barangay Manga in Tagbilaran City was caught in possession of shabu worth P195,000 during a drug buy bust operation, said Mananquil.
