A 65-year-old man facing a frustrated murder charge was arrested in Tagbilaran City after allegedly stabbing a drinking companion.
Suspect Eduardo Perocho who is wanted for another stabbing incident will be charged anew with frustrated homicide.
In a report, police said that Perocho offered a drink to victim Alejandro Atillo, 50, of Negros Oriental, right before the stabbing incident in Barangay Manga, Tagbilaran.
