Police allegedly seized from Boron 11 sachets of varied sizes containing shabu which weighed a total of 30 grams during the operation at around 11 a.m.

Navida said that Boron refused to identify his drug source as he only claimed that the drugs were left with him by a person who he did not know.

Boron was first arrested by operatives of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in 2016.

He was released from prison after entering a plea bargaining agreement.

Navida said that Boron will be charged with sale and possession of illegal drugs. (W. Maestrado)
